Selling conditions :
Reservation is considered firm accompagnied with a deposit
30% of the stay, with the booking form,
50 % 90 days before arrival,
20 % 30 days before arrival.
Payment is deduced of the bill at the end of the previous booking.date of departure.
In the event of a cancellation :
• More than 3 months before arrival, 30 € of file charges are deducted, the balance is
carried forward to the next season.
• Less than 2 months, 80% of the deposit is acquired by the hotel, the balance is carried
forward to the next season.
• Less than 1 month before arrival, the whole deposit shall be retained by the hotel
